- 2. No licensee shall perform both mold assessment and mold remediation on the same property.

One of our NYS Licensed Mold Assessors will conduct an inspection in the area(s) of concern prior to remediation. After the inspection has been completed a detailed written analysis of the findings including supporting photos, remediation protocols and lab reports (if applicable) will be provided.
**Sampling is only done if needed, in most cases sampling is not required**
Post Remediation Clearance:
One of our NYS Licensed Mold Assessors will conduct an inspection of the area(s) where remediation occurred (before repairs are made). After the inspection has been completed a detailed written clearance report will be provided. Should the clearance inspection result be "failed" a detailed written Statement of Findings will be provided with further recommendations.
In most cases this service isn't necessary during the course of an inspection. When moisture issues or serious health problems are of concern, air sampling could be recommended.
Discounts available to all 1st responders, healthcare workers, senior citizens, active duty and veteran military personnel.
