At Celtic Mold Assessments, we provide licensed, third-party inspections and environmental testing services to help homeowners, homebuyers, and contractors make informed decisions. Whether you're addressing mold concerns, verifying remediation, or need asbestos testing before renovations, our team delivers thorough, unbiased assessments that follow New York State regulations.
Mold Inspection
One of our NYS Licensed Mold Assessors will inspect the area(s) of concern prior to any remediation. Following the inspection, you'll receive a detailed written report outlining our findings—complete with supporting photos, remediation protocols, and lab reports (if applicable).

Sampling is only performed when necessary; in most cases, it is not required.
Post Mold Remediation Clearance
One of our NYS Licensed Mold Assessors will conduct an inspection of the area(s) where remediation took place (prior to any repairs).
After the inspection, a detailed written clearance report will be provided. If the inspection does not meet clearance standards, a written Statement of Findings will be issued, along with further recommendations.
Mold Testing
While not always required during an inspection, mold testing can be a valuable tool when health concerns are present or further clarification is needed.
Our team will recommend testing when it adds meaningful insight to the assessment process.
Asbestos Inspection/Sampling
NYS Code Rule 56 states that before any building materials known to contain asbestos can be removed they must first be tested for asbestos.
This includes total demolition, materials affected by mold, water, fire or soot damage and even your average everyday renovations.
